License Ready is a six week founding cohort for women who have built a business that works, ready to turn their method into a licence, so it earns whether they show up that day or not.
You bring the hours. I bring twenty years of licensing my own business, The Athena Network, across the UK, Singapore and Dubai, and the structure to get you there far faster than you would alone.
How It Works
Module Monday. Conversation Tuesday. Each week your teaching module is released inside the course on the Monday, yours to watch when it suits you. On Tuesday evening we meet live for a Q&A and coaching call, where we work it into your actual business.
The teaching is always there when you need it. Your live time with me is spent on you, not on theory.
What Is Included

- A group WhatsApp with me throughout, your accountability and question thread between the calls.

- A short participant agreement that protects the confidentiality of the room.
By the end you will have a defined asset, a clearly defined buyer, a commercial model, a systemisation plan and a route to your first licensee. What you then do with them, and the results you create, are yours.

The Founding Cohort
£297. Less than most women in this room charge for a single day of their time, for the structure that removes the ceiling on all the others. It is this low because you are the founding cohort, in the room while I refine it, and your feedback shapes what it becomes. There will never be another founding cohort, because there cannot be.
In return I ask three things of you: your honest feedback, a testimonial if the work earns it, and your permission to record the sessions and use anonymised learnings to develop the programme further.
Your investment: £297 in full, or three monthly payments of £110.
The Dates
All times are BST. Each module is released on the Monday, and we meet live the following evening. Every call is recorded and the materials are yours to keep.
Six weeks, each with a Monday module and a live Tuesday call at 7:00pm:
- Week One — Module Monday 31st August, call Tuesday 1st September
- Week Two — Module Monday 7th September, call Tuesday 8th September
- Week Three — Module Monday 14th September, call Tuesday 15th September
- Week Four — Module Monday 21st September, call Tuesday 22nd September
- Week Five — Module Monday 28th September, call Tuesday 29th September
- Week Six — Module Monday 5th October, call Tuesday 6th October
