A six week founding cohort

You have built something that works. Now turn it into something you can license.

For women with a business that already works, ready to turn what they do into a service or product they can license.

Apply for the founding cohort

The idea stays an idea, year after year, while you carry on doing all of it yourself.

You are good at what you do. So good that people keep telling you to license it, franchise it, bottle it somehow. And you would, if only it were not all locked inside your own head.

The method has never been written down. The asset has never been separated from you. The buyer has never been properly named.

The shift

Licensing a business is not a lightning bolt. It is a structure. Built in the right order, the fog clears surprisingly fast. That is the whole purpose of these six weeks.

Licence Ready is a six week live cohort. Each week we build one part of your licensing package, in sequence, until you have the whole thing. You bring the hours. I bring twenty years of building and licensing a business across the UK and beyond, and the structure to get you there far faster than you would alone.

Who it is for

An honest fit, both ways.

This is for you if

  • You have a business that works and produces real results.
  • You want to license what you do rather than keep doing all of it yourself.
  • You are ready to do the work in the weeks it takes.

This is not for you if

  • You are still working out whether the business itself works.
  • You want it done for you rather than done with you.
  • You cannot give it real time for six weeks. I would rather you knew that now.
What you leave with

Six weeks. Six things you did not have before.

  • A clear statement of the asset you are licensing, separated from you as the founder.
  • A defined licensee and the value they gain.
  • A commercial model that works for both sides.
  • A systemisation and documentation plan, so the work can be delivered to standard by someone else.
  • A route to your first licensee.
  • Everything assembled into one licensing ready package.

These are the assets you build. What you then do with them, and the results you create, are yours.

The programme

The six weeks.

01
Week one

The Foundation

Where your business truly is today, and what you want the licensed version to become. We name the gap between the two.

02
Week two

The Asset

We separate what is licensable from what is simply you being brilliant, backed by the proof it works.

03
Week three

The Buyer

Who actually buys this, and the return they gain in their terms rather than your price.

04
Week four

The Model

Fees, royalties, term and what is included, tested from both sides so it works for you and for the licensee.

05
Week five

The System

What must be documented so someone else can deliver to standard, and the groundwork your licence and trademark work will need.

06
Week six

The Launch

How your first licensee is found and brought on board, with everything drawn together into one package.

How it works

Live, in a room of women doing the same.

One ninety minute live group session each week. I teach the week's work, then we go straight to real businesses in the room, yours among them, so you learn as much from another woman's breakthrough as from your own.

Focused pre session work each week, completed before we meet, so our live time is spent working rather than watching. Every week produces one tangible deliverable. The work is visible, and so is the progress.

And a group WhatsApp runs throughout. Every Tuesday through August is your check-in day, where you stay accountable, ask your questions and keep the work moving. This is not a nice to have. It is part of the build, the thread that carries you from the Foundations session into September without losing your momentum.

Your outcome is yours. I bring the structure, the frameworks, the challenge and the experience. You bring the hours, the work and the decisions. Every participant signs a short agreement that says exactly that, and that keeps the confidentiality of the room, because you will be among other women's businesses and they among yours.

The founding cohort
£297

This first round is a founding cohort, offered at this price while I prove and refine the programme in the room with you. That price reflects the founding phase. It is not a measure of what you will build.

In return I ask three things of you: your honest feedback, a testimonial if the work earns it, and your permission to record the sessions and use anonymised learnings to develop the programme further.

£297 in full, or three monthly payments of £110.

Beyond the six weeks

Two doors tend to open.

The first

Some women find that a proven system suits them better than building their own from the ground up, and I will happily walk them through their options, including my own network.

The second

Others, ready to take their licence all the way, may be invited to keep working with me one to one. That is by invitation rather than a given, because I go further only where I can genuinely add value.

Either way, you leave with more clarity than you arrived with.

About Jacqueline

I have lived every part of this.

I am Jacqueline Y B Rogers. I built The Athena Network in 2005 and began licensing it in 2006. Today it runs across the UK with international licences including Singapore and Dubai.

I have lived every part of what these six weeks cover. Separating the asset from the founder. Defining the buyer. Building the model. Documenting the system so someone else can run it well. I am not teaching you from theory. I am handing you the structure I wish someone had handed me.

Questions

Before you apply.

Do I need a business already?+

Yes. One that works and produces results. This is about licensing what already succeeds, not building the business itself.

Is this one to one?+

No. It is a live group cohort. You get my eyes on real businesses, including your own through the work in the room, and you learn from everyone else's too.

What if I cannot make a session?+

Sessions are recorded so you can catch up, though the real value is in being there live.

Will I definitely have a licence at the end?+

You will leave with the asset, the model, the buyer and the plan. What you then do with them, and the results you create, are yours.

Can I pay in instalments?+

Yes. £297 in full, or three monthly payments of £110.

Is my business safe in a group?+

Yes. Every participant signs a mutual confidentiality agreement covering everything shared in the room.

What happens after the six weeks?+

Two doors, as above. A proven system if that suits you better, or the possibility of continuing one to one with me by invitation.

The next step

If this is you, you already know.

You have a business that works, and something in you knows it could be so much more than the hours you personally give it. Six weeks. A room of women doing the same. A structure that gets you there.

If this is you, apply for the founding cohort. And if it is not you, but you know a woman it was made for, send it to her.
